An AI humanizer is an editing tool that rewrites text, usually text drafted by an AI assistant, so it reads more naturally. It fixes common problems such as repetitive sentence structure, overused transitions, buzzwords and stiff formality, while trying to keep the meaning the same.

Basic paraphrasers mostly swap words for synonyms, which can make writing worse. Text Humanize gives a language model specific editing instructions based on the patterns found in your text, protects details like numbers and citations, and checks the result for problems such as lost facts or choppy sentences before showing it to you.

Tone sets the voice: Natural (clear everyday prose), Casual, Professional, Academic or Creative. Changes sets how much is rewritten: Light keeps most of your wording, Balanced restructures some sentences, and Strong rephrases more freely while keeping the same facts. Writing for adds guidance for a format such as an email, essay or cover letter.

Up to 10,000 characters per request, which is roughly 1,500 words. For longer documents, rewrite one section at a time. That also makes it easier to review each change.

AI models can drift from the original. We protect numbers, dates, links, emails, citations, acronyms and quoted text, and warn you if any are missing. Still, always compare the result with your original using “Show changes”, and choose Light if you want to keep more of your wording.

Wait a minute and try again. There’s a short per-minute limit per visitor, and the AI provider is occasionally slow. If a long passage times out, try a shorter section or the Light setting. If a problem continues, let us know.

The tool is designed and tested for English. Other languages may work, but results are less reliable, so review them carefully.

Yes. There’s no account, trial or paid plan. The site is supported by advertising.

We don’t save submitted text to a database or link it to you. The text is sent to our AI provider to create the rewrite, and the result of an identical request may be cached on our server for up to one hour to speed up repeats, then deleted. Details are in the privacy policy.

The AI model provider that handles your request (Groq, Cloudflare or NVIDIA) processes it to generate the rewrite. In the AI detector, if optional analysis services are enabled, Hugging Face (running an open-source detection model), Sapling AI or GPTZero may also analyse it. We don’t sell your text, publish it, or share it with advertisers, and we don’t send it to Google Analytics.

Only in your browser’s local storage, on your device. We can’t see it. Use “Clear all” in the History panel to remove it.

No. Avoid pasting passwords, personal data about other people, financial or health details, or anything confidential. The tool works just as well without it.

We don’t guarantee it, and you should be wary of any tool that does. Detectors change often, disagree with one another and make mistakes in both directions. Text Humanize is built to improve readability, not to target a particular detector.

It gives a directional estimate based on writing patterns and, where enabled, an external model. It’s least reliable on short, technical or formal text and can flag human writing. Never treat any detector score as proof. Read how the score works and our disclaimer.

Detectors look for statistical patterns such as uniform sentences and predictable wording, and plenty of human writing has them. Non-native English writers and people writing in a formal or technical style are especially likely to be flagged by mistake. Our guide on AI detector false positives explains what to do.

That depends on where the writing is going. Many schools, publishers and employers now require disclosure. When in doubt, disclose. It’s rarely a problem to be open about using an editing tool. Our guide to citing AI tools includes an example disclosure statement.

You keep all rights to the text you submit and the results. You’re also responsible for making sure you have the right to use the original text and that the result is accurate.
