Text Humanize is an independent website. We are a small team, not a large company, and we build the tool and write the guides ourselves.

Why we built it

AI writing assistants are now part of how many people draft emails, reports and articles. They save time, but their first drafts share familiar problems: the same sentence shapes over and over, transitions stacked at the start of every paragraph, and vague phrases like “in today’s fast-paced world”. Readers notice, and the writing loses their attention.

We wanted a quick editing pass that fixes those habits without inventing facts or burying the writer’s meaning, and that shows every change so the writer stays in control.

What the tool does, and what it doesn’t

The humanizer sends your text to a large language model with detailed editing instructions, then checks the result: it restores numbers, links and citations that should not change, flags details that may have been altered, and measures whether the rewrite drifted too far from the original. What it doesn’t do matters just as much:

• We don’t guarantee any AI-detector result. Detectors are unreliable and change constantly. We design for readable writing, not for evading a particular tool.
• We don’t fact-check. The tool keeps your facts in place; it can’t tell whether they’re true.
• We don’t support academic dishonesty. Submitting AI-written work as your own where that’s not allowed breaks our terms and our responsible use policy.

How we handle your text

You don’t need an account. Text you submit is processed to create your rewrite or detector score. It is sent to our AI provider for that purpose, may be kept in a short-lived cache for up to one hour, and is not sold, published or used to build a profile of you. Your history of recent rewrites is stored only in your own browser. The privacy policy covers this in full.

How we keep it free

Text Humanize is supported by advertising served by Google AdSense. Advertisers don’t influence what we write, and we don’t accept payment to recommend products. Ads are kept separate from the tool so they don’t get in the way of your work.

Editorial policy

Our guides aim to be practical, accurate and fair. Here’s how we work:

• Accuracy first. Factual claims are checked against primary sources, such as published research or official product documentation, and we link to them where it helps readers. When evidence is limited or disputed, we say so.
• No invented numbers. We don’t publish statistics, test results or quotes we can’t source.
• Human review. We may use AI tools to help research or draft, but every guide is reviewed and edited by a person before it’s published and whenever it’s updated.
• Independence. We don’t accept sponsored placements. When we mention our own tool, we explain its limits too.
• Corrections. If you spot an error, email hello@text-humanize.com. We correct mistakes promptly and update the “last updated” date.

Our principles

• Be honest about limits. No “100% undetectable” claims, fake reviews or made-up user numbers.
• Keep the writer in charge. Show the changes and make it easy to keep or discard them.
• Collect as little data as possible. No accounts, no tracking beyond what the cookie banner explains.
• Encourage responsible use. AI can help you write better; it shouldn’t be used to mislead teachers, employers or readers.
